Rushtons Developments Ltd are a Rochdale based business covering all as aspects of building and roofing in the Greater Manchester and the North West region. We have over 30 years experience completing building and roofing works for commercial and domestic customers ranging from home extensions to replacing flat or pitched roofs.
We are a company which has been built on reputation and believe our reputation is paramount to building our future. With this in mind our goal is to always strive to complete work to the best of our ability using the knowledge and experienced gained over the years. We initially chose Rushtons as they are local. We had a garage roof which leaked, the ridge tiles needed resetting and some tiles were cracked and needed replacing, there was also some pointing work needed and on further inspection it was discovered that there were no eave protection trays. All repair work was undertaken in a professional fashion, so much so that we have asked then to come back and sort out the roof over our heads. I would recommend them to anyone requiring roofing work.

Our roofing team are experienced in replacing various roof coverings such as traditional slate, concrete tiles, clay tiles and stone. We take pride in our work and are members of the NFRC Competent Roofer Scheme. We ensure all works are completed to current building regulations and comply with the regulations documented in LABC 2006. All works are submitted with the relevant local authority and certification issued on competition with a 10 year insurance backed guarantee for peace of mind.
GRP Flat Roofing
Our roofers are approved installers of GRP Fibreglass liquid roof coverings. GRP fibreglass provides is perfect for flat roof, balconies, gutters as it can tolerate foot traffic and once installed provides a waterproof covering which will last over 20 years.
Liquid Flat Roofing
Our team are approved installers of TOR liquid applied waterproofing for flat roofs, such liquids can tolerate foot traffic and are a perfect solution for applying over the top of existing roof coverings which are still in reasonable condition.
